Interactive particle selection software for single particle Cryo-EM

 

SWARMPS is no longer independently maintained. It was ported into EMAN2 as e2boxer by the graduate student who originally drove its development, David Woolford, and is maintained as part of the EMAN2 package while also being used as the particle picking tool for other software packages such as SCIPION and SPHIRE.
